FULL PRICED ITEMS
All items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or credit note including items purchased using the first order discount code.
Please note, cost of original shipping is not reimbursed. This varies from $10 to $40 per item depending on your location.
All items purchased with a sale discount or using a promotional sale code can be returned for a store credit.
Fillyboo is not able to process size exchanges. Please request a store credit then use this to place a new order.
Fillyboo will happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- Items must be returned to Fillyboo within 30 days of your order being delivered.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Hygiene strips for swim and lingerie items must be in tact.
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
Please try on the item/s in your order as quickly as possible after it arrives to ensure that you are able to return items within the returns time frame.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a traceable postal service as return parcels are the responsibility of the customer until received by Fillyboo.
If you would like to return an item from a Fillyboo order, please follow these steps.
STEP 1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Please make sure your name and order number are in the email heading.
Tell us the item that you would like to return and why. Let us know if you would like to return for a refund or for a store credit.
STEP 2. Receive your return information.
Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with a pre-filled returns form and instructions on where to send your Fillyboo item.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery of your order.
Returns for store credit can be received in Los Angeles, USA or Sydney, Australia.
Returns for a refund can only be received in Sydney, Australia.
Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.
STEP 3. Return finalized.
Once your return is received and checked by us, your store credit note or refund will be issued as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days after your return has been delivered for your store credit or refund to be processed.
Please note that subsequent orders placed using a store credit may be subject to shipping fees.

Fillyboo offers free shipping for all orders. Most parcels are shipped directly from our factory in Bali, Indonesia, using our partner - DHL EXPRESS.
We aim to have your Fillyboo items delivered to you within 1 week of you placing your order.
Due to the many elements that go into making our unique styles, some items may require a final process before they can be shipped to you.
For these items, it may be a few extra days before you receive your shipping notification with parcel tracking. Delivery on these styles can take up to 2 weeks.
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like an accurate estimate of the arrival date for your order. Please include your full name and order number so we can respond quickly.
We are working very hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but during busy periods, there may be some delays meaning we are not able
to guarantee delivery dates to accommodate special events. We will do our best though!
Once your Fillyboo order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with DHL tracking information.
This email will be sent to you 1-7 days after you place your order.
Fillyboo already uses the fastest international shipping option available, so overnight or expedited shipping options are not available.
We are not able to change or cancel your order once it is received, so please double check your order, as well as your delivery and contact information carefully.
We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES (except in the UAE).
All customers are responsible for the payment of DUTIES AND TAXES incurred when orders are shipped internationally.
