How much is shipping?
Fillyboo provides a free international shipping option (with Australia Post Express) for all orders over $400.
A flat rate of $20 USD applies to orders under $400.
There is an expedited shipping option also available at checkout with UPS express.
Where is my order being shipped from?
Orders are shipped directly from Sydney Australia or our factory in beautiful Bali, Indonesia using either UPS or Australia Post (express). UPS are unable to deliver to PO Boxes (except in the U.A.E).
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days, however due to the many elements that go into making our handmade pieces, some items may require a final process before they can be shipped.
For these items, it may be a few extra days before your order is ready to send.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are not able to change or cancel your order once it is received, so please double check your order, as well as your delivery and contact information carefully. This includes items ordered via Trunk Show or on Pre Order.
Items ordered on pre order?
Please note that the estimated ship date for pre order items may vary by up to 3 weeks. We will do our very best to keep you updated on any changes to the expected shipping dates.
Fillyboo collections are hand made in small quantities. We may offer our most popular styles on a pre order basis if existing inventory is sold out and new production is scheduled to arrive soon.
Items ordered via Trunk Show
Fillyboo offers selected collections via Trunk Show sales. These orders are unable to be changed or canceled for any reason. This is because exact quantities and sizes are produced to avoid wastage, and this allows us to offer these collections at reduced prices. Thank you so much for understanding!
Payment of Import Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for the payment of DUTIES AND TAXES.
Fillyboo has a legal obligation to declare the true purchase price of all items and must provide customs offices with commercial invoices if they require it.
Fillyboo is unable to assist with any requests to pay for duties or taxes in relation to the delivery of your order. Orders that are refused by customers cannot be returned to shipper, and are considered to be abandoned by customs. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
